Modern metro farm style influenced shotgun house in LOHI. Designed for a young owner that bough the spec home and was able to influence the interior and exterior finishes. We changed the layout of the main floor including the kitchen layout and added the bifold doors instead of a garage door opening. We worked together to select the finishes that worked for a young professional and kept us within budget.
